There is nothing to lose by giving an Intro to Pole Series a try. The real question is, how much can you benefit from participating in an Intro to Pole Series! The answer to that is a plethora of enchanting experiences. Occasionally, the gym may not be the right fit for everyone, and you may not feel like yourself when you're there.
During your pole dancing class, you will progress at your own pace because it's your unique journey. Each individual's journey is personal and not comparable to others. In all our pole classes, we tailor our approach to meet you at your current level. It's fantastic if the person beside you effortlessly nails every move on the first attempt, but remember, your progress is independent of theirs. Celebrate every small achievement, like lifting an inch off the floor, as it signifies surpassing your own expectations. These small victories, when maintained consistently, eventually lead to significant progress in a matter of weeks.
Some people may require 6 months to master a skill that others can learn in just 2 days. Initially, this might feel disheartening, but consider this - the individual struggling could have a background in dance or recently started a new fitness routine. The truth is, it doesn't really matter because everyone's path is unique. Use your achievements as fuel for your progress. Life becomes easier when we cease comparing ourselves to others and focus on being comfortable in our own skin, living in the present moment. Treat each session as your personal "me time". Forget about family, partners, or work - concentrate on yourself and your journey to discover what truly brings you joy.
